**Participation in the nice.points bonus program is part of your condition agreement with nice.brands GmbH and is agreed as an individual agreement with your responsible sales employee. There is no legal claim to participation and an existing participation can be terminated by nice.brands GmbH within the terms agreed upon at the time of acceptance into the bonus program.
