LUNAR GLOW Pore Minimising Toner is used after cleansing to gently remove the last residues of make-up, oil and environmental influences and to refine the skin's appearance. The formulation contains mild, non-irritating surfactants that act like a magnet for dirt and oil. Water-soluble niacinamide (vitamin B3) is an essential vitamin that our bodies cannot produce themselves. It helps soothe irritated and blemished skin. The toner also contains hyaluronic acid, which binds and retains moisture in the skin for supple and smoothed Skin.
